How big is the Imagiframes© frame?
The frame size depends on the number of letters you select. Please see the Creation Page for dimensions.
What kind of paper do you print on?
We print all of our photographs on 69-lb. premium-weight, glossy media, Kodak-compatible photo paper.
What kind of mats do you print on?
In order to ensure keepsake quality and to prevent browning, we print on the highest quality acid-free mats available.
Will you let me submit my own photograph?
The photographs found at Imagiframes© are unique and one-of-a-kind. In order to ensure quality, we do not use pictures others have submitted.
Can I request a different color of mat or frame type?
We only offer black, white or ivory mats at this time.
I have my own frame. Can I order just the photographs?
Yes. You can order the pictures only. We will send them to you in a photo envelope ready for you to mat and frame.

What is your return policy?
If you received the product in damaged condition, we will replace it free of charge, depending on us receiving written notice of damage within 14 days of receipt.
In the rare occurrence that you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it within 14 days. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will also forfeit any shipping charges incurred with the order.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by check through the mail?
We do not accept personal checks.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Imagiframes.com uses 128-bit encryption technology.
Do you accept PayPal?
Not at this time.
Do you send an email confirmation on the status of my order?
Yes. We will send you a confirmation of your order.

How much are the shipping and handling costs?
We charge $14.00 for each order. This covers not only the actual shipping costs, but also the packing material to protect your purchase. Any additional charges to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the continental United States, and to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
What method do you use to ship my Imagiframe©?
We ship via FedEx Ground.
Is there a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes. You will receive a FedEx email with the tracking number when your item has been shipped.
Do you offer different shipping options?
Imagiframes© strives to accommodate your shipping needs. If you have specific shipping requests that are not listed here, please email us at imagiframes.com before you place your order for a custom quote. A $25 fee will be added for production of any rush orders plus the additional shipping charges.
